1. Scope of This Policy

2. General Refund Policy

All service fees are non-refundable once a service has been delivered or a session has taken place. This reflects the time, preparation, and energetic commitment reserved for each client.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Body & Soul Ascension, except where required by law.
3. Client Cancellations
Only services or sessions scheduled with a fixed date and time are eligible for cancellation.

Cancellations for sessions with a fixed date and time made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.
Services, programs, or offerings without a fixed date and time are not eligible for cancellation or refund once purchased.
4. Provider Cancellations
If Body & Soul Ascension cancels a scheduled service, the client will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund, or

A rescheduled session at no additional cost
5. Digital Services, Programs & Content
All digital services, programs, downloadable materials, and online content are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Payment Errors & Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in cases of:

Duplicate payments

Verified payment processing errors

Technical issues caused by our system
All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in:

Immediate suspension of services

Termination of access to programs or content
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
