Energy frequency and spiritual vibration are closely linked aspects of human experience, and both shape overall wellbeing. Understanding them gives you a clearer picture of where you are in your development and what the next step actually involves.
This guide explains energy frequency, spiritual vibration, and the vibration scale that connects them. What follows is what I have found through years of spiritual research, using the ability to perceive the energies and vibrations of souls, human bodies, and the wider universe.
Understanding Energy Frequency and Spiritual Vibration
Energy frequency describes how fast energy vibrates. It is measured in Hertz (Hz), the number of cycles per second. Everything in the universe, including thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies, is energy vibrating at some frequency. The range that scientific instruments can currently measure is small compared to the full span of energy frequencies that exist.
Spiritual vibration is a different measure. It refers to the quality and vibration of a person's energy field, most usefully assessed on the chakra scale. Spiritual vibration is shaped by thoughts, emotions, and spiritual practice. Higher spiritual vibration is associated with love, peace, and expanded awareness. Lower spiritual vibration is associated with fear, negative emotion, and a narrowed sense of what is real.

The two are related. Energy frequency is the broader physical principle; spiritual vibration is how that principle expresses in a particular person's consciousness and energy field.
The Energy Frequency and Spiritual Vibration Chart
Over the years, I have put together the chart described below using higher vision, energy sensitivity, and direct examination of the souls and body energies of thousands of people. I have also confirmed it against the observations of higher souls who can also perceive souls and energies directly.
💫 Wondering what your current vibration might be?
A Spiritual Reading can reveal your soul’s frequency and guide you to the next energetic step.
The chart is a general guide to the levels of energy frequency and their corresponding spiritual vibration. It also works as an emotional vibration chart and as a human body frequency chart, because emotions and body states both track these levels. To identify which of the feelings described in the chart you actually experience day to day, you will need to practice introspection.
Spiritual energy rises as vibration rises. The seven levels below describe the dominant patterns at each stage. Individual experience varies, and no one sits permanently at a single level.
The Seven Levels of Spiritual Vibration
Level One: Basic Consciousness (Root Chakra)
A person operating mostly at this level is gripped by survival concerns: fear of death, fear of poverty, fear of illness and aging, and the basic drive toward reproduction. These concerns resonate at the root chakra, the lowest of the seven. The emotions involved produce a low spiritual vibration, a strong identification with the physical body, and a tendency to attract stagnation. Real progress is difficult while a person is held here, because almost all attention is consumed by survival.
Survival is not wrong; it’s obviously the foundation on which everything else is build up. I am just saying that by itself it’s not enough for a human to evolve if he stays here.
Level Two: Low Consciousness (Second Chakra)
This level is driven by intense emotion tied to intimate relationships, sexual attraction, and the pursuit of pleasure through food, substances, and similar sources. It is a material level, where the body's instincts lead. People at this level often speak of love, but what is usually present is passion or attraction rather than a higher form of love.
Identification with the body is still strong, and connection extends mostly to lovers and family and very little beyond, which leaves limited room for soul development.
Level Three: Ego Consciousness (Third Chakra)
This level is shaped by material ambition, competition, and the emotions that come with them: fear, guilt, shame, envy, and anger. This is the territory of the human ego at its most prominent. Love at this level tends to be transactional, organized around what each person provides the other, whether security, status, money, or sex.
This is the average level for most people on Earth, roughly 90 percent of the population. We live in a 3D vibration civilization. The opening at this level comes when these emotions are turned toward courage, openness, altruism, and a genuine willingness to develop. That turn begins the process of self-discovery and lifts a person toward a higher spiritual vibration.
Level Four: Expanding Consciousness (Fourth Chakra)
When thoughts and feelings lean toward love, joy, peace, and gratitude, a person has risen above the average human level into the 4D vibration range, as a soul and possibly as a body as well. Real love begins to appear here, directed toward other people, animals, and life in general. People at this level tend to draw harmony and steadier relationships into their lives.
Level Five: Higher Consciousness (Fifth Chakra)
At this stage, attention turns toward a deeper understanding of universal laws, soul awareness, and body awareness. Communication becomes central, both with other people and with higher vibrations such as guidance from spiritual guides or the wider universe. Love extends beyond people to include higher dimensions. A person here has moved past most ego limitations and operates in closer alignment with their true spiritual self, in the 5D range.
Level Six: Extended Consciousness (Sixth Chakra)
Here, attention focuses on understanding the spiritual reasons behind events, helping others raise their vibration, and using energy for the greater good. Love expands both horizontally, toward others, and vertically, toward the divine. A person at this level is oriented toward the collective good and operates in the 6D range.
Level Seven: Enlightenment Consciousness (Seventh Chakra)
This is the level traditionally described as spiritual enlightenment, reaching the seventh chakra and the 7D range. Attention turns toward connection with higher beings, teaching others, and directing higher energy to support people and nature. Love at this level becomes complete, extending to everything without condition.

A person at any level still experiences the full range of emotions through ordinary daily difficulty. The chart describes the dominant pattern at each level, not the only emotion a person ever feels. The progression of love through the seven levels, from attraction, to love of family, to love of all people, to love that includes the divine, is itself a love frequency chart laid over the spiritual vibration chart.
A Note on Dr. Hawkins' Scale
David Hawkins' Map of Consciousness is the best-known existing scale of this kind, and many people encounter it before any other framework. It is worth saying clearly where my findings differ from his.
At the level of detail, Hawkins' scale does not hold together. Among other things, it places for instance Peace above Love, Acceptance below Reason, and Courage below Neutrality. In my research, each of these orderings is wrong: Love sits above Peace as an active force, Acceptance is a more developed state than Reason, and Courage is a higher vibration than Neutrality rather than a lower one. A reader working seriously with vibration levels will run into these problems quickly.Â

For a beginner who is not yet concerned with the finer distinctions, Hawkins' scale still gives a usable general picture. The broad direction, from fear toward love toward higher states, is correct, and that is often enough at the start. Past the beginner stage, though, the scale is too imprecise to rely on, and the chart above is the more accurate map.
How to Raise Your Energy Frequency and Spiritual Vibration
Several practices reliably raise energy frequency and spiritual vibration when applied consistently.
Meditation and mindfulness. Regular meditation builds inner steadiness, mental clarity, and the awareness that the rest of the work depends on.
Gratitude. A daily practice of attention to what is genuinely good in your life, rather than dwelling on what is missing, shifts the baseline vibration over weeks.
Positive affirmations. Used consistently, affirmations move the subconscious mind away from old negative beliefs toward more useful ones.
Emotional healing. Acknowledging with humbleness and releasing past trauma and stored negative emotion clears the way for higher vibration. More on this below.
Diet and movement. Nourishing, high-vibration foods and regular physical activity keep the body's energy strong enough to hold higher states.
Positive influences. The people and environment around you affect your vibration directly. Build relationships with people who lift the level, and reduce exposure to constant negativity. Stay in nature as often as possible and recharge yourself with hgher vibration. I found thatthe average vibration in a big city especially is about 3.-3.3 on chakras scale, well below the grand average of 3.4 soul vibe of humanity, while nature offers vibrations in the average range of 3.7-4.0 vibe.
Spiritual practices. Practices such as prayer, yoga, and energy work deepen the connection to the higher self and raise vibration over time.
From my own experience and from many conversations with students, emotional healing, the work of releasing limiting beliefs, is the most powerful of these and also the most difficult. Spiritual goals such as kundalini awakening and spiritual awakening depend heavily on releasing limiting beliefs and the thought patterns built on them. Skipping this step will hold back spiritual growth more than any other single factor.
Body Vibration and Soul Vibration
One distinction is worth keeping clear. The physical body and the soul have different vibrational frequencies. They are connected, but they are not the same.
The body frequency chart covers the first five levels of consciousness. The soul can potentially reach all seven levels shown in the spiritual vibration chart. This is why a person can have a developed soul and a body that has not kept pace, and why raising body vibration is its own distinct work, separate from soul development and equally necessary for sustained progress.
Closing
Understanding the spiritual vibration chart gives you a map for personal and spiritual development. Because it also functions as an emotional vibration scale, it lets you read your own state by reading your dominant emotions, and locate yourself accurately enough to know what the next step is.
By using the practices above, along with others you find for yourself, you can raise both body and soul vibration over time. Change in the 3D world does not happen overnight. It takes patience, and the results appear only once a given vibration level has been reached and held steady long enough to become your new baseline. That is the real work, and it is worth doing.
