In this fast-paced world, where stress and anxiety seem to be the norm, many of us yearn for a deeper connection to nature and a sense of harmony within ourselves. Earth’s healing energy — the powerful force that ancient cultures embraced and that modern science is now rediscovering — offers exactly that.
In this article, I’ll explore the deep connection between our physical and spiritual selves and how the Earth’s energy can support our healing and well-being. I’ll draw on my spiritual research using my higher spiritual vision to look into the souls and energies involved, and I’ll also share a powerful grounding procedure I’ve designed and tested over many years that can help you reconnect with Mother Earth directly.
The body-soul connection
The concept of the mind-body-soul connection is not a new one. Ancient civilizations such as the Greeks and Egyptians believed in the interconnectedness of these three elements — not as separate entities, but as parts of a whole that needed to be in balance for optimal health.

Through my spiritual research into souls and energies, I’ve discovered that the soul possesses no energy of its own — it’s pure consciousness with a specific level of awareness determined by its vibration. The aim of each soul is to increase its awareness by accumulating experiences to contribute back to God/The Source. This might sound surprising when we’re discussing “energy healing,” but understanding this distinction between soul (consciousness) and body (energy) is fundamental to understanding how healing actually works.
Since a soul is pure consciousness, it needs an energy instrument called a “body” to experience life on a planet alongside other bodies inhabited by other souls. Once a soul has gathered enough experience through life, it discards the body through death, keeping the experience gained to nourish The Source with this new awareness. The soul then embarks on further lives, using new bodies for additional experimentation and growth.
The vibrations of soul and body are distinct from one another. While a soul is a singular entity, a body consists of over 50 trillion cells, each with its own vibration. In Creation, which comprises various universes across multiple dimensions, everything is essentially vibrational. More about The Source and Creation you can find here.
What is energy and how does healing work?
Energy is the life force that flows through all living things — the invisible force (prana or chi) that animates our bodies and gives us vitality. When this energy becomes imbalanced or blocked, it can manifest as physical or emotional symptoms. Energy healing practices aim to restore balance and flow to the body’s energy system.
This energy, well known to ancient healers and spiritual practitioners, comes both from Earth (known as kundalini energy) and from the cosmos. Throughout history, cultures from Chinese medicine to Ayurveda in India have understood that when the body’s energy is balanced and flowing freely, optimal health can be achieved.
In recent years, energy medicine has gained recognition in the Western world as well. Modalities such as energy transfers, acupuncture, and qigong are now widely practiced for their ability to promote healing and restore balance. Scientific research has also begun to support these practices — studies show that spending time in nature can reduce blood pressure, lower stress levels, and improve mood, partly due to the calming effect that natural environments have on our nervous system. The practice of “forest bathing” (shinrin-yoku), which originated in Japan, has been particularly well studied, with research demonstrating measurable improvements in cortisol levels and immune function.
The benefits of energy healing work on multiple levels. Physically, it can help reduce pain, support immune function, and accelerate the body’s natural healing responses. Mentally and emotionally, it can bring calm, clarity, and inner peace — releasing emotional blockages and fostering greater self-awareness. Many people also report feeling more connected to their intuition and a deeper sense of purpose in life.
Practical ways to connect with Earth’s healing energy
Incorporating energy healing into your daily life doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are some simple practices you can start with:
Grounding (Earthing). Spend time each day connecting with the Earth by walking barefoot on grass or sand. This allows you to absorb the Earth’s energy and restore balance to your own energy system. Even a few minutes in the morning can set a noticeably different tone for your entire day.
Meditation. Set aside a few minutes daily to sit in stillness and connect with your breath. Focus on the present moment and allow tension to melt away. Meditation calms the mind and opens the door to deeper inner peace and self-connection.
Nature immersion. Make a conscious effort to spend time in nature regularly — a walk in the park, a hike in the woods, or simply sitting in your backyard. Being surrounded by trees, water, or open sky has a measurable effect on your nervous system and overall well-being.
Energy healing modalities. Consider exploring modalities such as energy transfers, acupuncture, or sound therapy. These can help remove energy blockages and restore balance. If you’re interested in going deeper, working with a qualified spiritual guide or energy healer can provide personalized guidance for your healing journey.
Why your root chakra matters — and a powerful Grounding procedure
Here’s something most people don’t realize: through my readings, I’ve found that the root chakra of the average person on Earth is open just 3%. This matters enormously, because it’s through the root chakra that we receive vital energy from Earth, which manifests as kundalini energy and feeds all our other chakras and body energy systems.

Urban dwellers are especially affected — I’ve found their root chakra is typically open just 1–2%, because they spend their days surrounded by cement, glass, steel, and plastic, essentially cut off from Earth’s energies. As a physical body, you are ultimately Earth’s child, and this disconnection has real consequences for your health and vitality. Many health issues that people attribute to stress or aging are actually compounded by this severed connection to Earth’s healing energy.
I’ve designed and tested the following grounding procedure over many years. If done correctly, it will significantly improve your energy input from Earth. It takes about 5-10 minutes and has two parts:
Preparation:
Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Breathe deeply — 2 sets of 3 breaths each. Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mst about 6–7 seconds, with a 1–2 second pause between breaths.
By intention, shift your awareness from your mind into your heart.
Ask your spiritual guides and God to assist you in this procedure.
Main part:
Imagine a big, transparent, empty sphere in front of your inner eyes.
Think of the most beautiful natural landscape you’ve ever seen — pure nature with no people or artificial objects. Feel the deepest gratitude from your heart for Mother Earth, and begin sending your gratitude into the sphere by intention.
When the sphere feels full of your gratitude, gently push it and send it by intention toward the center of Mother Earth. Watch it travel — slowly at first, then faster and faster — until it reaches the Earth’s core.
If you truly sent your full gratitude, Mother Earth will respond immediately with an immense wave of healing energy that submerges you.
Stay a few minutes and enjoy her love and energy, feeling reconnected in a state of deep gratitude.
As a final step, thank your soul, God, and spiritual guides for their support.
Do this procedure daily. Over a few weeks, you should feel noticeably more energized and your Earth connection will deepen considerably. If you ask yourself "How will I know it's working?", then iIf you feel signs like warmth in the feet, tingling sensation, emotional release, feeling more centered, you will know it’s working.
Embracing the body-soul-Earth connection
The mind, body, and soul are intricately connected, and achieving holistic wellness means nurturing all three. Earth’s healing energy is freely available to all of us — but in our modern, urban lives, most of us have become disconnected from it.
By incorporating simple practices like grounding, meditation, and nature immersion into your routine, you can begin to restore that vital connection and feel the difference in your energy, health, and overall well-being. The grounding procedure I shared above is a great place to start — just 5-10 minutes a day can make a remarkable difference over time.
