The Frequency Chart of Emotions: A 7-Level Guide to Healing

Some days you feel energized and connected to everything around you, and other days you feel drained and cut off. A good part of the difference lies in emotional frequencies and how they shape your spiritual healing. Like everything in the universe, emotions vibrate at particular frequencies, ones that can lift you toward higher states of consciousness or hold you in lower patterns. This article looks at how a frequency chart of emotions can serve as a map for your growth, and it includes a procedure to raise your own frequency.

I am writing from my long experience as a spiritual guide who has worked with many people toward higher vibration.

Understanding Emotional Frequencies

Every emotion you feel carries its own energetic signature, vibrating at a frequency that shapes how you feel and act, and even what you draw toward you. This rests on a simple premise: everything in the universe, thoughts and emotions included, is energy vibrating at different rates.

When we feel higher-frequency emotions such as love, joy, and gratitude, we feel more alive and at peace. Lower-frequency emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness tend to drain our energy, cloud our judgment, and slow our growth.

Think of your emotional frequency as a personal radio station. Tuned to a high-frequency station, you receive clear, uplifting signals. Stuck on a low-frequency channel, you get static and interference that clouds your perception and limits what you can do.

The Idea Behind Vibrational Frequencies

Physics describes everything in the universe as energy of different frequencies, moving in waves or vibrations. In this framework, higher frequencies are linked with states like peace, love, and enlightenment, while lower frequencies are linked with emotions such as shame, anger, fear, and guilt. I would treat the link between physics and emotion as a meaningful parallel rather than settled science, but the pattern holds up well in practice.

These emotional frequencies do more than color our mental state; they reach the body too. When we hold on to fear, worry, or anger, the body answers with contraction and stress. Over time, that stagnation can show up as physical discomfort and illness, and it wears on us at the cellular level.

The Frequency Chart of Emotions: Seven Levels

After years of spiritual research and work with many people, I developed a frequency chart of emotions based on the seven chakra levels. It works as both a diagnostic tool and a map for your healing, showing how different frequencies shape your consciousness and wellbeing. At each level, the same chakra can stay blocked or begin to open, and the emotions tell you which is happening.

Level 1: Root Chakra, Survival

At this foundational level of the root chakra, a person is driven mainly by survival and basic fears: fear of death, of lacking money, of illness, of aging, etc. Someone dominated by this kind of fear stays blocked here and has little room to follow the soul’s purpose.

When this chakra stays blocked, you feel:

  • Fear about physical survival.

  • Anxiety about security.

  • Preoccupation with basic material needs.

  • Territorial, reactive responses to anything that feels like a threat.

It feels heavy and constrictive, cut off from others, focused on me against the world. A great many people live mostly in this survival mode.

As it opens, you feel:

  • Grounded, with energy flowing between you and the Earth, felt clearly when you focus on the root chakra (kundalini energy).

  • Connected with nature and the Earth, able to draw in energy through focused breath.

  • Certain there is more to life than the five senses report.

  • Trusting that you are a rational being above your basic instincts.

Level 2: Sacral Chakra, Desire

This level turns on intense emotion tied to intimate relationships, sexuality, and personal desire. There is more energy here than at Level 1, but a person is still closely identified with physical experience and material attachment.

When this chakra stays blocked, you feel:

  • Lust and sexual attraction as a driving force.

  • Possessiveness in relationships.

  • Emotional highs and lows.

  • Attachment, obsession, and pleasure-seeking.

It feels intense but unstable, a rollercoaster of extreme highs followed by crashing lows.

As it opens, you feel:

  • Understanding and tenderness toward an intimate partner.

  • A rising above pure lust.

  • A sense of being one with your family.

  • A wish to help family and close friends.

Level 3: Solar Plexus Chakra, Ego and Will

This is the realm of the Ego, and it is where most of humanity operates, around 90% of people, since we live in a 3D civilization. Here a person is driven by ambition, competition, and the urge to control outside circumstances.

When this chakra stays blocked, you feel:

  • Anger and frustration.

  • Shame and guilt.

  • Envy and jealousy.

  • A craving for power over others, and attachment to material things.

  • Pride, arrogance, and fear of failure or judgment.

It feels like a constant mental battle, either fighting to prove yourself or defending against attack. The ego shows up most strongly here.

As it opens, you feel:

  • Courage to face challenges.

  • Determination to grow.

  • Altruism toward your community.

  • A genuine willingness to evolve.

Level 4: Heart Chakra, Love

This is where real transformation begins, since this level relies on how distant we feel to the rest of the universe. Here we are defined by our feeling of Love, which starts to extend toward other people, animals, and life itself, and a person rises above the average human vibration into genuine connection and compassion.

When this chakra stays blocked, you feel:

  • Alone, as though set against everyone.

  • Depressed and low.

  • Unforgiving.

  • Disconnected from nature and from other people.

As it opens, you feel:

  • Care for people beyond your own family.

  • Empathy and compassion.

  • Gratitude and appreciation.

  • Connection with nature.

  • Joy and genuine happiness.

Level 5: Throat Chakra, Communication

This level centers on Communication, both horizontal, with other people, nature, and animals, and vertical, in understanding messages from higher vibrations such as our soul, God and spiritual guides.

When this chakra stays blocked, you feel:

  • Trouble communicating with people and with nature.

  • Disconnection, and a habit of judging others.

  • Little tolerance for difference.

  • A tendency to believe whatever others say instead of looking inward.

  • Too little courage to speak who you really are.

It feels like being unable to understand people or connect with nature, cut off from the higher dimensions, from your soul, your guides, and God.

As it opens, you feel:

  • Clear communication with people.

  • Express freely who you are.

  • Inspiration to serve others.

  • Clarity in spiritual communication.

  • A pull toward selfless service.

  • Love for humanity and nature.

Level 6: Third Eye Chakra, Intuition

At this level a person begins to uses his spiritual intuition, perceive the real causes behind events, rather than the version handed down by official channels. Love comes to cover most of the surrounding reality.

When this chakra stays blocked, you feel:

  • Closed in, as though boxed.

  • Distrustful of anyone who questions the official narrative.

  • Convinced that only science is real, with no room for anything beyond the material.

  • Unable to widen your understanding, always waiting for an authority to say what to do.

  • Inclined to treat love as transactional, with little tolerance or generosity.

It feels suspicious and limited, with weak discernment and shallow critical thinking.

As it opens, you feel:

  • A real desire to understand the true causes of what happens.

  • Sharper discernment and critical thinking that reaches past the material.

  • Clear spiritual communication and a pull toward selfless service.

Level 7: Crown Chakra, Enlightenment

This is the level of the seventh chakra, of spiritual enlightenment. It is about taking responsibility for the souls around you, like a spiritual parent.

When this chakra stays blocked, you feel:

  • Convinced there is nothing beyond the five senses.

  • Cut off from higher beings such as saints, prophets, and God.

  • Quick to reject anything higher, even after personally living through something that points to it.

  • Short on critical thinking beyond the material level.

It feels certain that there is no God, no soul, nothing beyond matter, with science held as the only reference. When I look into most people’s crown chakras, I find them only 1 to 2 percent open, even in many spiritually inclined people who simply follow a dogma.

As it opens, you feel:

  • Unconditional love for all of existence.

  • Complete acceptance and forgiveness.

  • Concern for humanity’s spiritual growth.

  • Detachment from personal desire, and a sense of unity with all.

How to Use the Chart for Healing

Knowing where you mostly operate on this spectrum is the first step toward change. You can use the vibration chart to track your spiritual healing progress over time. As a rough guide, the more you rest, in an organic way, in a feeling like generosity, the more likely your soul vibration has reached the 4D level. Below is a step-by-step way to check your general vibration and to raise it.

Step 1: Honest Self-Assessment

Take a moment to reflect on your usual emotional states. Notice which emotions you feel most often through the day. Notice where you feel most stuck or reactive, and which triggers reliably pull you into lower states. Notice, too, when you feel most connected and alive. Since we all have blind spots about ourselves, it helps to ask a trusted friend or family member for their honest read on your typical patterns.

Step 2: Find Your Growth Edge

The rule of thumb I learned early is simple: a lower vibration belongs to any feeling that increases separateness and disconnection from the people and nature around you, while a higher vibration belongs to a feeling that builds unity with the reality and Creation around you.

Look for the emotions just above your current dominant frequency on the emotional vibration chart. If you are mostly operating from fear at Level 1, the next step might be more emotional connection at Level 2. If you are caught in ego battles at Level 3, aim for genuine compassion at Level 4.

Step 3: Practice Targeted Elevation

A few methods reliably raise emotional frequency.

For the lower frequencies, Levels 1 to 3:

  • Spiritual healing. From watching how energy moves and from many conversations with students, I have found that emotional healing, or letting go of limiting beliefs, is the most powerful practice, and the most demanding.

  • Mindfulness and meditation. Regular practice helps you observe emotions without being swept away by them.

  • Grounding. Grounding exercises, time in nature, breathwork, and physical exercise all help.

  • Gratitude. Deliberately focus on what you appreciate in your life.

For the higher frequencies, Levels 4 to 7:

  • Service to others. Take part in activities that benefit your community or humanity.

  • Spiritual practices. Practices like prayer, meditation, and energy work deepen the connection.

  • Study spiritual wisdom. Learn from advanced teachings and apply them in daily life.

  • Energy work. Practice chakra balancing, sound therapy, and similar methods, ideally with proper guidance.

Your Next Steps

This work is a lifelong process of growth. As souls, we took human bodies in this 3D world to move through a series of life lessons and to raise our consciousness. The lessons arrive as obstacles and challenges, and only with greater awareness can we understand them and rise above them.

If you want to move faster, a few next steps can help:

Your healing journey is your own, but you are not alone in it. Working with an experienced practitioner can offer guidance and steadier progress. Each time you choose love over fear and unity over separation, you lift your own frequency, and in a small way you add to the healing of the world around you.
