There is an old saying: “You are what you eat.” It is broadly right. A line often attributed to Nikola Tesla extends the same idea: “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” Bodies, nature, the Earth, and the universe are forms of energy, vibrating at different frequencies. Consciousness and souls also belong to that picture.
To set the rest up briefly: in the framework I work with, souls (pure awareness) inhabit bodies as their instrument for acting in the physical world. Across a long cycle of lives across different planets, a soul gathers experience through the bodies it uses. In each life, the body is the energy structure through which the soul engages everything around it, including food.
Because bodies are energy structures, they emit and receive energy frequencies. The frequencies you emit have an effect on what comes back to you: the life situations you encounter tend to match the energy you carry. Lower frequencies tend to draw in heavier, more difficult experiences; higher frequencies tend to draw in lighter, more constructive ones. This is how a person shapes their reality, consciously or otherwise. If you want better life situations, emitting higher frequencies is the work.

What You Can Actually Change
After years of practice and direct research into the energies of souls and bodies, what I have found is that the practical lever in daily life is not the soul's vibration, but the body's. Body vibration is something you can change in months. Even if you have been in a low-vibration period, surrounded by negative people and rough events, you do not have to stay there. Adjusting how you live gradually shifts the body's frequency upward.
A short list of practices that raise body vibration:
Meditation. A regular practice is one of the fastest ways to lift the body's energy. The specific method matters less than consistency.
Diet. Add more high-vibration foods, reduce the low-vibration ones. The food vibration chart further down gives the order. Heavy, processed, low-vibration food lowers the body's energy steadily over time.
Exercise. Choose movement that works with the body rather than fighting it: stretching, swimming, classical dance. Practices that connect you to the energies of nature and the Earth, such as tai chi, yoga, pranayama, and qigong, go further still.

How Food Affects Body Vibration
Diet is one of the largest daily inputs to the body's vibration. The food we eat affects thought, emotion, behavior, and health, not only through its nutrients but through the energy it carries.
The body is more than its chemical components. It is a system that exchanges energy with the surrounding world continuously. The healthier the body is on all levels, including physical, emotional, and mental, the higher its frequency tends to be. What you put into it directly shapes that frequency, and through it, the texture of your life.
Eating nutrient-poor, processed food lowers the body's energy. You feel tired and discouraged; others sense the low energy, even when they cannot name it; what you want in life becomes harder to attract. Over time, a heavy energetic density settles around the body.
Choosing balanced, nutrient-rich, fresh foods does the opposite. You feel more alive and alert, your connection to what is around you opens up, and others register the change. What you want comes more easily. High-vibration foods are not always the most exciting to eat, but they support health and energy over the long run.
We all eat according to our beliefs, formed by family, schooling, religion, social circle, and surroundings. Shifting toward a higher-vibration diet usually requires shifting some of those underlying limiting beliefs first. The diet follows the belief.
From a spiritual standpoint, a higher-vibration body increases the likelihood of a kundalini awakening and of a clean rise through the Sushumna channel. What you eat affects your spiritual progress as well as your daily energy.
The Food Vibration Chart
The food vibration chart is a tool showing which foods have a larger or smaller effect on body vibration. It comes from my own research into the energies of bodies and foods, and from how those foods have affected my body and the bodies of others over time.
The chart sits inside a larger picture: the spiritual vibration chart, which covers the vibration range of any entity, from a soul or a body to a plant, crystal, planet, or star. The full chart spans the 12 main dimensions of vibration in the universe, and the food chart sits within the lower part of it.
The basic principle from my research is simple: eat simpler foods. More evolved and complex organisms tend to have a higher vibration than less evolved ones. To support your body, eat food whose vibration sits well below the body's own. The human body's average vibration sits around 3.5 on the seven-chakra scale, so the food chart below works in that range.
The list runs from most negative impact on body vibration to least:
Drugs, alcohol, and hallucinogens, including LSD, DMT, and heroin.
Red meat (mammals such as beef, pork, lamb).
White meat (chicken, turkey).
Fish and seafood.
Root vegetables.
Vegetables.
Fruits.
Greens (salad, leafy greens).
The categories above can be broken into many sub-categories, since fruits and vegetables in particular vary widely by region, climate, and soil, but that detail belongs to a longer treatment. The takeaway from my research is that simpler foods have a smaller negative impact on the body's vibration.

Why Local Foods Matter
One useful detail of the food vibration chart: if you are going to live in a place for a long time, food grown locally serves your body's vibration better than food shipped in from far away. There is a real energetic connection between the food grown where you live and the body that lives there. Eating something flown in from the other side of the world, even if it has a high vibration in its place of origin, does not carry the same effect for you here.
Food that comes straight from nature, unprocessed, has the highest frequency. Refrigeration lowers it. Ideally, you would pick fresh from a garden when you eat. In practice, buying a few times a week from local farmers' markets and avoiding the habit of stockpiling food is the next best thing. Buy what you need, eat it fresh, repeat.
Many high-vibration foods have also served as traditional remedies for various conditions across centuries.

Cooking and Food Energy
Processing reduces food's vibration. Fruits and vegetables lose energy as they are cooked, dried, or transformed.
Boiled vegetables in particular lose much of their energetic value, even though they remain physically nourishing. If most of your meals are boiled vegetables, you may find your energy levels low over time.
A fruit picked from the tree is among the most energy-dense food you can eat: alive, whole, unprocessed, vibrating at a high frequency.
When you do need to cook, light steaming or quick stir-frying with a small amount of vegetable oil retains the most. Avoid cooking vegetables until they change color; even good cooking methods reduce the food's potency by at least half.
Dehydration and sun-drying of fruit do not damage the energy much. Sun-dried fruit soaked in water for 24 hours comes close to the energy level of freshly picked fruit.
Conclusion
Higher-vibration foods consistently support the body and gradually displace the old habits of heavy meals and red meat that pull vibration down. Food's energy and the body's vibration influence each other directly, and through that influence shape the larger texture of a person's life. The food chart shows where a person sits in relation to the broader range of vibrations around them. The human range covers the seven chakras, and the food range covers roughly the first three.
Eating high-vibration food raises the chance of a higher place on the spiritual vibration scale, which reflects the awareness of both body and soul. When the body's vibration is higher, it is easier to live in love, empathy, compassion, and care for others, and those states feed back into soul awareness.
