Does eating meat lower our spiritual energy vibration level?

As a spiritual being on this planet, it is essential to consider the impact of our dietary choices on our spiritual growth and awakening. The question of whether eating meat affects spiritual growth has been a topic of debate for centuries, with different spiritual traditions offering varying opinions on the matter.
Based on my extensive spiritual research and practice, I firmly believe that what we consume affects our spiritual journey. The energy and vibrations present in the food we eat play a significant role in shaping our overall energetic state and consciousness.
Eating meat and spiritual energy vibration
Many spirituals ask themselves what happens when you stop eating meat concerning spirituality. The short answer is that certainly, eating meat lowers body vibration first, then in time brings down also soul vibration it’s that simple, it’s only the basic physics of Creation. It affects our spiritual awakening and soul growth fundamentally; I experienced this directly along with other advanced seekers. It strongly affects our spiritual energy vibration!
Consuming meat involves the killing and consumption of other animals, which may contradict one's spiritual beliefs and also goes against some fundamental laws in Creation. It is crucial to consider the vibration level of the creatures being consumed, as mammals' vibration is at the same level as humans. In Creation, facts hold much more power than statements like 'Humans have higher consciousness than animals, and it is our right to kill and eat them!'
We must understand that a soul (who’s just awareness and no energy at all) needs to use an energy instrument like a body on a planet to be able to interact around with other energies (nature, other people, animals, etc). Thus, the soul is capable of accumulating life experiences and fulfilling its life plan or destiny to the best of its ability.

The mind and body complex that a soul uses gathers the energies they collect from their life experiences through the use of their free will. After tenths of years of usage, the body gets imprinted with these energies, and hence carries the average energy level as a result of his demeanor. If this energy vibration he collected in his body is higher than the average for humanity, then his soul awareness might also increase. If the collected energies are lower as vibration (as it generally happens on this planet) then it pulls down also the soul vibration. It’s the basic Physics of Creation, it’s a very simple automatic mechanism actually built into Creation.
As a result of this mechanism, the soul and body have different vibration (awareness) levels, but they influence each other throughout life. Body vibrations reveal how a soul has fared in life so far. They indicate how well the individual has responded to life's challenges, and what kind of emotions they have chosen to use in the face of these challenges.
If you want to eat something and didn’t become a breatharian (living just on prana with no food or water), the rule of thumb in Creation for this matter is to eat always food that is much lower in vibration than your body vibration; generally, organisms with less body organization complexity have lower vibration.
I give you below a food vibration chart that I spiritually researched and checked energetically over time by following the food energy's impact on many human bodies' energies.
Animal complexity increases from fish to chicken to cow. On average, animal bodies have a 3.5D vibration, measured on the D-vibration dimension or chakra scale.
Red meat, such as beef, pork, and sheep, has the most negative impact.
White meat, such as chicken and turkey, has a lower negative impact.
Seafood, such as fish and shells, has an even lower negative impact. Concerning seafood, to reduce the negative impact limit your meat consumption to fish and shellfish. Avoid consuming meat from dolphins, whales, or other sea mammals as it can have disastrous consequences. Many religious and spirituals asked themselves over time "Does eating fish lower your vibration?” and as you see the answer is true. Just that the impact of fish-eating is considerably less than eating red meat or even white meat.

Plants are even lower as vibration on the chakras scale in the 2D vibration range, where the descending order of negative impact is vegetables, fruits, and greens (e.g. salad).
Minerals are even lower as vibration in 1D vibration and they also have in their range a hierarchy, but it’s not relevant for this subject.
Since eating stones is not that easy, eating greens, fruits, and vegetables (2D) is the obvious choice that brings a minimal negative impact on your body's energy fields.

In my spiritual research, while fish has a lower impact on body vibration than red meat, it still has a considerably higher impact than vegetables. Giving up fish consumption can aid in spiritual development.
Conclusions
Eating meat can lower your body and soul vibration. Science has confirmed the physical downsides of eating meat, but if you compare how you feel after eating meat versus after adopting a vegetarian diet—or at least a healthier diet—one doesn't need spirituality and energy sensitivity to be persuaded. In general, low-vibrational foods will affect not only your spiritual vibration but also your physical health first and foremost.
A high-vibrational food chart is an excellent compass to enhance your spiritual energy vibration and progress on your spiritual path.
A high-vibration diet and high-vibration foods in general will certainly boost your body's vibration and energy. However, these considerations matter most for intermediate and especially advanced practitioners. For spiritual beginners (3D to 4D soul vibration), what they eat doesn't matter as much since other issues present greater hurdles for spiritual growth.
